dont know what PDF export setting you are using--but--try saving as an 'unflattened' PDF--which should solve your transparency problem--although it will create a larger file--settings--see attached

2.125 x 300 comes to 637.5 (pixels) and document sizes can only have full pixel sizing. In actual fact, 2.127 x 300 = 638.1, but that discrepancy will accounted for by rounding.

Here is the composite inside of Premiere:And here it is rendered out to mpeg2 or H.264Am I missing a setting or is this typical of these file formats? This happens to a straight up black solid as well....
