How do I contact ADOBE to confirm that my serial number is correct? The contact link brings me to the community.

I have followed all the help steps correctly i.e. upper/lower case and alpha/numeric.

The message I receive is that the serial number is incorrect.

I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 12 to a MacbookAir.
