I went into the "Trial" version and updated to 12.1...the only error I got was

When I tried #5 I got this error...(https://activate.adobe.com/test (error I got)

Going into hosts files gave me this...
I went online to see how to edit files in the host but there doesn't seem to be anything there that I can delete.
I really appreciate all the help you've been giving me...I seem to be a hopeless case. :-(
