Hi TobyAustria,
Please quit the Creative Cloud desktop application by clicking the settings options and select Quit. Then please follow the following steps:
- They first had me go to C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Adobe and rename the folders "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE",
- Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename "OOBE" folder.
Then relaunch Creative Cloud desktop application. Let me know if it works or not.
