Rounded Rectangle Radius Not Working When Resizing Document (CC 2014)

There is a button 100 x 50 and 25 radius in a PSD file with PS CC 2014.

I resize the document to 200%

The button should be 200 x 100 and 50 radius.

But it's still 25 radius right now.

Only happens in CC 2014.
