Unable to accept user agreement

I have installed a free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro but am unable to get past the user agreement. I scroll down to the bottom and click accept, however it doesn't take. The user agreement just keeps popping up again, no matter how many times I try, and I can't get to the next step. I have tried closing out of my browsers, installing the latest update of my browser (Firefox), and restarting the computer. However none of these helped.
