Hi Dave,

 

I just took a peek at your account, and all seems to be in order there. Please clear the browser cache and try to sign in again. If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser, and make sure that it's one of the supported web broswers:   http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/
