I completely agree with this, FWIW. I think Adobe may have done a little pooch screwage with this particular suite release, as discussed in other threads. The new name means a whole new installation and new "code train" to keep track of. Adding the release year to the product means that we're going to go through this same set of problems next year when they inevitably release Pr 2015.
Come on, Adobe. You're smarter than that. Either keep the products generically named 'CC' and upgrade them in the same directories, or start numbering the versions properly.
